The Coworking College was established to assist operators worldwide to create systems and processes to better the experience for their members and to enjoy the process as a community leader.

With so many coworking spaces opening around the world, we noticed the benchmark of coworking was being lifted in some areas and lagging behind in others. This is in part of driving factors when coworking spaces start to compete with each other for members and the higher service values expected from the business community. Operators are still trying to work it out. We are expected to know what we are doing when we undertake a coworking space. It is expected by your peers, members, affiliates, suppliers, landlords and all other clients that enter the building, that it is a smooth running machine that you have created. Reality is, most operators have never had property management experience, let alone dealing with commercial tenants or business members. This need to improve was the reason for the Coworking College being established as the worlds' first dedicated education system to this fast-growing shared platform that is happening across the globe.

Our contributing authors have all experienced coworking from its' grass roots, operating sites throughout the world. The documentation of each process enabled us to create an international best coworking course detailing the required steps each operator should perform, or at the very least consider, in order to achieve success and sustainability.

The College was formally created by offering online courses, consultation with existing offices, mentoring and statistical analysis of current sites. We have assisted thousands of members, affiliates, joint ventures, and single operators take their coworking space from start-up to an automated high performing asset. This course has served employees looking to enter the workforce in the coworking industry, existing operators wanting to improve their facility and services, and also new entrants wanting education on the set-up, pitfalls and advantages of setting up a new serviced office or open plan coworking facility.
